It’s been awhile since I’ve been mountain biking at Salem Hills. Salem Hills mountain bike trails are located on the east part of town and have about two miles of trail. The riding is a nice mild XC pace that is just quick enough to do a couple laps in the morning before work.
I first rode here about five years ago when I first started mountain biking again. The trail is far enough away from me that it doesn’t make it a viable option for me to ride often. There are a few better places I’ll drive past to ride at Salem Hills. That said it’s a nice loop for the locals looking for an opportunity to go ride.
