Riding incredible singletrack just 3 miles from downtown Minneapolis?  That is what you will find at Theodore Wirth Park.  The trails are broken into five different loops spread across four different sections of the park.

The North Loop is a 1.8 mile old school XC trail with plenty of fun technical sections to test your skills. I tend to never get too fast on this trail because of the tight twisty singletrack.  The north loop also features a fun technical expert section that requires rolling over a two foot rock sandwiched between two trees.

The South Loop or Axis Loop or Old South Loop is a quick easy loop that is less than a mile long.  There is a black diamond section that features a rock garden descent that can cause some rides trepidation.

The Glenwood section is one of the new machine built trails south of Highway 55.  It is a short section of trail that includes a healthy climb and a fun descent.

The South Wirth loop in a super fun trail that as close to a bike park trail as you’ll find in the twin cities.  This trail is a great example of a flow trail with berms, rollers, pumps and jumps.

The Brownie Lake loop is a 1.4 mile trail that is technically challenging with some expert level descents and climbs.  These features are short which makes them fun for sessioning.
