The CycleOps Fluid 2 is a pretty solid wheel on trainer. I've been using it for over a year now and it was worked flawlessly. If you are looking for a wheel on trainer, you must get a fluid resistance trainer.
The Wahoo Blue SC is a bluetooth speed and cadence sensor. This setup allows you to just pair one device for speed and cadence. The main sensor hocks onto the rear of the bike and one magnet goes on the spokes of the rear tire and another on your crank arm. Together it calculates the speed and cadence of the bike.
The Wahoo Tickr is a bluetooth heart rate monitor. This sensor has a strap to go around your chest. This guy does give me trouble on occasion as it won't always transmit data at the beginning of my rides.
TrainerRoad for Android is the brains of this setup. On initial setup I tell it the trainer and pair the Blue SC and Tickr with the app. On each workout I just have to put the devices on and start peddling for TrainerRoad to detect the sensors and begin my workout. TrainerRoad will show my virtual power, cadence and heart rate in the app.
